1. Services Provided
Delta Web Creations offers digital services including web design, mobile app design, UI/UX design, web development, video animation, and related creative services. All services are provided as described in individual project agreements or proposals.
2. Project Terms & Timelines
Once a project is confirmed, we’ll provide a timeline and scope of work. Delays caused by lack of client communication or late submissions (e.g., content, feedback) may affect delivery timelines. We reserve the right to revise deadlines if timelines are not met due to client-side delays.
3. Payments & Invoicing
All services require partial or full upfront payment as outlined in the project agreement. Final deliverables will only be released once full payment has been received. We accept payments via approved digital methods or direct bank transfer.
Late payments may incur fees or project delays.
4. Revisions & Changes
We offer revision rounds depending on the project scope. Any additional revisions outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges. Major scope changes mid-project may require a new proposal or quote.
5. Ownership & Copyright
Upon full payment, you will receive rights to use the final deliverables for the agreed purpose. Delta Web Creations retains the right to showcase the project in portfolios, on our website, or in promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
All unused concepts, drafts, or designs remain the property of Delta Web Creations.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary content (text, images, branding assets), and any information needed for the project. Delays in communication or missing materials may extend the project timeline.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel a project at any time; however, any payments made up to that point are non-refundable. If work has already been completed beyond the paid amount, we may invoice for the remaining portion based on hours or milestones completed.
8. Limitation of Liability
We strive for high-quality and error-free work, but we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use our services or website. All services are provided “as is” without warranty unless explicitly stated.
9. Third-Party Tools & Services
We may recommend or use third-party services (such as hosting, fonts, CMS, or plugins). We are not responsible for the functionality, terms, or availability of these external tools or platforms.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
